Blogger Interview – Peggy J. Spencer

Another FABULOUS blogger is being interviewed here today! Meet Peggy!!!

Hi y’all! I’m Peggy, and I’m married to my beloved hubby Wayne, for almost 5 years now! We have 3 children, two boys and a girl, Michael, Jeremiah and Molly. Michael passed away at 5 months of age, Jeremiah is going to be 2 and Molly 1!!! (She was not in OUR immediate plans, BUT in Gods, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 😉 ).  I blog over at http://peggyjspencer.wordpress.com/ now. I love to write about marriage, parenting, walking through trials, anything connected to my faith, really. I love to encourage others, and have a sense of humor that’s helped me through the valleys of life.

What is your blogging method? –I’m first and foremost a thinker. I tend to over think things, and my thoughts usually stumble over each other in a rush to get out. Verbally or written, they have no preference. Writing is how I process things, reason things out. However, as with most writers, I have run into some walls, periods of time where the words will not come out, though they are still there in my mind. I’ve let that prevent me from writing for long periods of time, in the past. But now I see it as an opportunity to press into God more, using the time I’d have spent writing, in His word. There is nothing better than studying His word, to inspire my own words to come out. *I still may leave writing alone completely, but I try not to let it go for too long.

How do you find time to blog? Right now, with two little ones underfoot, time to write is very limited! I have paper everywhere, apps on my phone to write with and record my voice. I have started to make time in the morning, before the children are awake to dedicate to writing, and an hour at night to writing. Other than those times, it’s as I can fit it in!! I think this works for me, right now. I’m focused more on writing, when I have the pockets of time, instead of pushing things off!
