How to make money with Linqia

This post, as well as any on Blogging on the Side, may contain affiliate links to companies that we work with ourselves or products that we use.

According to our recent survey, it looks like you are interested in learning how to make money blogging.  Blogging can be such a financial blessing and over the next few weeks, I am going to share ways to make each money-earning avenue work for you.  Today we are going to  start with Linqiq.

I have recently starting working with Linqia and I really liked it!   So, if your are ready to learn how to make money with Linqia … you have come to the right place!

How to make money with Linqia

Linqia is a company that pays per click.  I am going to explain how it works:
Linqia will tell you how many clicks they want you to reach.  For our example today, lets put that number at 400 clicks.  This means that you need to have your special link, that they give you, clicked 400 times.    So, you will write a blog post and include the link.  You will share that link on social media.  They will be keeping track of how many clicks it gets, from your special link.
If you can get clicks, you will earn a certain amount of money.   To make our example easy, lets say that they have set your 400 click limit at $400, so $1 per click.

So, if you only get 200 clicks, you only make $200.
If you get 400 clicks, you make $400.
If you get 900 clicks, you still only make $400…. but you will qualify for more the next time!

Step 1-  You need to apply here at Linqia

Step 2- Be patient.  It was a five months before I was accepted to my first campaign.  I consider that a lot, but maybe its not.  My second campaign came while I was right in the middle of my first campaign.

Step 3- Once you get a campaign, you want your personal goal to be NOT ONLY the number of clicks, but MORE.   You want your next job with them to be higher than this one, so keep going after you have reached your clicks.  (as I explained above).

With my first campaign, I ended up getting almost five times the number of clicks, but then again, it was a kid-related company and I post about children on my blog a lot.
With my second campaign, I had three times the number of clicks.
You may get way more… this was just my personal experience.  So, how do you get your clicks?  Read step 4…

Step 4- PROMOTE!  I did not just leave the link in my post, I took it everywhere.  I shared it on twitter with enticing words “I love to save money with ____”  or whatever fits the company. 🙂

Step 5- Share it on Twitter & ask your blogging friends to share with you.  Ask them to retweet it for you.

Step 6- Make MULTIPLE pin worthy images to post on your blog post or to take them to the page.   You could even upload a picture from the webpage that you are taking them to, but use your special bitly link (provided for you by Linqia) as the link source, instead of a very general one.

Share all of the images (I like to share them multiple times a day to get everyone- morning, lunchtime & evening).   Ask that same group of blogging friends to share for you, too.   (and ask them how you can help them!)

Step 7- Don’t give up.   When you see it not being clicked as much, make a new image & go for it a little more.
It PAYS off (literally!)

Do you have any other questions?  Just leave a comment and I will answer it as best as I can! 🙂

Hi Becky! Thanks for the info! Adding it to my “To do” list that grows more and more everyday! I’m new to blogging and do not have a lot of traffic yet, so would this be a good thing to start later after I acquire more traffic? Thanks for your help!

I would just sign up for what you can, when you can. They will just ask you for your information & I think I provided a screenshot with my information, but it was really easy and quick to sign up and they are easy to work with. Good luck!

Hi Becky, I’m so thrilled to hear you are doing this series. There are so many affiliate marketing choices out there that I’m a little overwhelmed. This will really help to narrow down my choices. Thanks!

I know- there are SO many. This one is a high-paying company, so I would sign up & see what happens. 🙂

We got our first linquia campaign several months after signing up as well. It was fun, and for the size of our blog, I thought the payout was quite a bit higher than many other companies offer.
We easily made it to the number of clicks they asked us to reach, but tried hard to go over, like you said.
That first campaign was just over a month ago, and we just got two more offers for campaigns this week! So far, out of the companies we’ve worked with, I thought this was the best paying for the requirements.

Thanks for the information. I signed up and got accepted right away! I’m excited. Do you know if the links are nofollow? Also someone else mentioned that if you don’t meet the number of clicks you wouldn’t get paid. But from your description, that doesn’t seem the case. I would guess if you didn’t make the clicks you wouldn’t get many campaigns after that.

I made my account but I’m not sure what’s next. Should I contact them? Do I need to add their Badge in my Blog in order to get started. Any tips?
